[News] "JYP Nation in Korea 2012" will be held August 4th

Last Saturday, July 7th, the Wonder Girls wrapped up their second solo concert, “Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012.” At the end of their concert, they announced that there would be a second “JYP Nation” concert; after finishing their encore stage, the Wonder Girls said, “We’re sad to say goodbye like this. Next month, August 4th, there will be a ‘JYP Nation’ concert. Let’s meet again there!”

More recently, it was officially announced that the “JYP Nation in Korea 2012? concert would be held on August 4th at 6PM at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium in Seoul. Tickets is set to go on sale later today (July 12th), first through Yes24 and then through Interpark, with prices to be announced today.

The “JYP Nation” crew contains the following JYP artists: Wonder Girls, 2PM, 2AM, JOO, miss A, San E, the newest addition, JJ Project, and Park Jinyoung (JYP) himself. With the artists’ hit song and many collaboration stages, it promises to be an exciting concert.

[News] K-pop stars compete in Olympic special

SBS has recruited the help of idol group members for a special Olympic-themed episode of the variety segment "Running Man" on its weekend program "Good Sunday".

A source from the network said that Super Junior's Eunhyuk, ZE:A's Si Wan, 2PM's Nichkhun, MBLAQ's Lee Joon, CN Blue's Jeong Yong-hwa and Beast's Yoon Doo-joon were picked to take part in various athletic competitions against one another.

T-ara's Ham Eun-jeong also took part as the only female idol group member.

Filming took place on Monday at Olympic Park in eastern Seoul and the source said that "the finest idol groups' members were chosen".

Various pictures from the set made their way online, generating buzz for the upcoming program.

The show, which hit its 200th-episode mark in November, has attracted viewers with its interesting segments featuring stars who don't usually appear on variety shows.

The idol Olympic special will air on July 22.

2PM‘s Wooyoung admitted that he has been approached by three female idols.

The singer who recently made a comeback as a solo artist participated in the recording for an upcoming episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Happy Together 3‘, where he surprised everyone by admitting he was approached by three female idols.

Ahead of his confession, 2AM member Jo Kwon admitted that there was once a female idol who slipped him her number. Wooyoung then stated that he had turned down all three girls who made a move on him, however, there was one he regretted letting go.

The other ‘Happy Together 3' guests are now reportedly on a mission to find out who these girls are.

The episode airs on July 12th at 11:15PM KST.

[News] 2PM Nichkhun reveals he splits his personal profits with the rest of his 2PM members

2PM‘s Nichkhun revealed that he shares his personal profits with the rest of his members.

On the July 11th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Radio Star‘, guest Nichkhun surprised the MCs by saying, “Even if I work by myself, I split the profits with my members.”

“This is something we promised one another when we first debuted,” he explained. “If we don’t [split the profits], I feel like that would jeopardize our teamwork.”

Hearing this, MC Kyuhyun joked, “Chansung must like that,” and Nichkhun evoked laughs by responding, “He does.”

[News] WGM’s Khuntoria to Reunite on “Radio Star” Tonight

f(x)’s Victoria and 2PM’s Nichkhun, also known as the Khuntoria couple, reunited onscreen. The two, as well as entertainer Robert Halley, will appear as guests on an upcoming episode of MBC’s “Radio Star.”

Victoria and Nichkhun were one of the most popular couples on hit variety show “We Got Married” and saddened many fans when they announced their departure from the show. As such, this unexpected reunion is expected gather much interest. During the episode, Victoria revealed an episode where Nichkhun had a battle of nerves with Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, while Nichkhun imitated comedian Yoo Sae Yoon’s monkey pose.

Netizens expressed their excitement at the news, commenting, “I can’t wait to see them together again,” “They really do look great together,” “I wish they dated in real-life,” and more.
