[News] 2PM will be at the SBS K-POP Super Concert in America
Editor's Note: 2PM is finally coming to America!!! I have to go!!!
The "SBS K-Pop Super Concert in America" will be held at Home Depot Center in Carson, California on August 10. The concert will also be aired on SBS as a special concert in LA for overseas and fans in Korea.
The confirmed line up includes top stars like Girls’ Generation, SHINee, 2PM, 2AM, CNBLUE, KARA, SISTAR, SECRET, and MBLAQ.
Tickets will be available on July 18 through AXS, not Ticketmaster starting at 10AM PDT. Tickets are available through the Home Depot Center Box Office, AXS website or by calling 888-9AXS-TIX (888-929-7849).
[News] 2PM Wooyoung confesses he had a girlfriend before
2PM member Jang Wooyoung denied the statement by his manager who said Jang Wooyoung never had a girlfriend and he simply stated, “I’m simply single.”
Jang Wooyoung made a guest appearance on the July 15th episode of SBS ‘You and I’ and was asked to describe his definition of a ‘Sexy lady’. Jang Wooyoung answered, “The more I work the more I lose the conditions of an ideal type. I like a person who I can have a good conversation with.”
He then was asked if what his manager said was true of him never having a girlfriend and Jang Wooyoung answered, “I’m simply single. I had a girlfriend even when I was promoting as 2PM. It wasn’t a healthy relationship.”
The MCs then questioned, “Are you telling us that the manager didn’t know about it”, to which Jang Wooyoung answered, “I guess so. I think Park Jin Young will go into a shock when he watches this broadcast”, and he made everyone laugh.

[News] 2PM’s Jang Woo Young Dated Behind JYP’s Back! RUH OH!
2PM’s Jang Woo Young revealed a deep dark secret. He has actually dated behind JYP’s back! The 2PM members like most of the JYP artists (other than the Wonder Girls) were not allowed to date as of yet.
Jang Woo Young made an appearance on the episode of “You and I” that was broadcast on July 15.
Lee Hyori asked Jang Woo Young, “I heard that you have been solo (single) since you were born.” Jang Woo Young joked, “I haven’t been solo (single) since I was born, I just came out as a solo artist.”
Lee Hyori then asked Jang Woo Young, “What kind of women do you think are sexy?” He answered, “After working my ideal type of girl keeps disappearing. I like girls that can talk.”
Jang Woo Young continued, “During my activities with 2PM I had a girlfriend. Why wouldn’t I have one? However it was not an upright relationship.”
Then he ended with, “I think JYP might be shocked when he sees this broadcast.”
For this episode of “You and I” Tiger JK and Lee Jaram also made appearances.

[News] SM-YG-JYP, How Influential were They in Japan and Asia?
K-Pop has become increasingly influencial in Japan based on the impressive amounts of revenue that artists from the 'Big Three' agencies, SM, YG and JYP Entertainment have produced.
SM artists such as TVXQ have taken over the tour scene with 26 performances just in the first half of 2012, which drew in a total of 550,000 fans. SHINee drew in 200,000 fans with 20 performances. Super Junior brought in 110,000 fans with just 2 performances.
Within the same time period, the 'YG Family World Tour' concert in Japan was a bit hit with over 310,000 fans.
JYP Entertainment made it big with 2PM's Japanese 'Budokan Concert Tour' in Asia which drew in 110,000 people.
In addition, Cube Entertainment, DSP Media and many other music agencies will be joining the growing K-Pop craze in Japan in the latter half of 2012.
