On August 26th, the Seoul Central District Court announced that they are considering summoning 2PM‘s Nichkhun for further questioning on his recent DUI accident.
A representative of the police revealed, “After investigations, we decided that there wasn’t enough information on the exact situation of the damage and the injuries received by the victim, making further investigation necessary. We will first speak with the victim again before we decide whether Nichkhun should be summoned in for further questioning.”
As previously reported, Nichkhun was involved in a car accident while driving under the influence back on July 24th. The victim, a motorcyclist, reported injuries on his shoulders and back. Nichkhun’s blood alcohol content clocked in at 0.056%, which was grounds for a temporary suspension of his driver’s license.
